The plots at Bonehill Court are near completion, with just the external works package to be finished.
Each of the four plots have reached practical completion and are ready for occupation. This courtyard development creates a new chapter for the historic Bonehill House site, and will further support this local heritage asset.
Finalising the external works will see a generous shared surface finish of paved setts and resin-bonded gravel to emulate the traditional agricultural holding, whilst also promoting a sense of community amongst the new homes.
