On site progress has been made with the basement groundworks at Linden Lodge, with full excavation and the casting of reinforced concrete slabs and basement walls being undertaken. Meanwhile, we have been finalising the technical design with other consultants to progress the construction packages.
This ambitious build involves a lot of coordination with specialist consultants and contractors, including swimming pool design, bespoke helical staircase and feature glazing.
The next milestone will be the fabrication of the steel frame structure, which is anticipated to be on site Q3 of this year, and we look forward to seeing the build take shape.
